We assist you in integrating Launched with Twilio and Mailgun, and it's up to you to ensure your account is funded. Many clients prefer to arrange for credit billing, which automatically refills their account as needed. To get you started, we provide a courtesy credit of $5 to your account, and typically, our users spend less than $10 per month. Each email and SMS cost is minimal, amounting to only a fraction of a penny.

Customers can send messages to the you via the "Message" button on your business's Google listing, and you can respond through Launched. Missed Call Text Back automatically sends a text message to callers who didn't get an answer. What if I don't need all of the services included?

Launched is a premium software crafted to meet the needs of podcasters, streamers, and content creators of all kinds. Feel free to utilize only the services you require from a package and disregard the ones you don't need.

How do I cancel services?

To cancel your services, click the “Cancel Services” link at the bottom of the Helium Radio website or within your customer dashboard. Upon receiving your cancellation request, the Launched team will terminate your membership, which will stay active until the conclusion of your current billing period. Please note that Launched does not provide refunds.

What is GMB Call Tracking?

GMB Call Tracking allows podcasters to track and analyze calls from their Google My Business listing. By using unique tracking numbers, you can measure the effectiveness of your GMB listing in generating calls, understand customer behavior, and optimize their online presence for better performance.
